Stage 4 of 6 · Build it and prove it
Agents and accelerators that build, and prove what they built
Deliver does the work in the plan with two kinds of help. Governed agents build each story under a written policy, on your engineer's machine. Accelerators bring what we have already built for the work that repeats: migration, conversion to dbt, DataOps, the foundation of a governed account, and cockpits for data quality and FinOps.
DeliverEarly access
What it does
- Governed agents work each story in phases: plan, implement, publish, verify
- Every action is checked against a policy, and nothing is pushed before a person approves
- Agents never read a credentials file and never push to the production branch
- Accelerators arrive ready to plug in, so the team starts from something that already works
- Migrations end with a comparison of source and target, row by row
What you leave with
- A pull request for each story, opened only after you approve
- A report that says whether source and target match
- An account set up to be governed from the first day
- A log of every action an agent was refused
Accelerators, ready to plug in
Migration
Moves tables across 12 engines with dry runs, pause, resume and retry, converts the types each pair needs, then compares source and target row by row.
Conversion to dbt
Takes workloads from Synapse, Talend, Teradata TPT, DataStage and Informatica and converts them to dbt, so they can be versioned, tested and deployed like code.
DataOps kit
A working setup for Snowflake, dbt and CI/CD: environments, checks on every pull request, and promotion from development to production.
Foundation
Takes a blank Snowflake account to a governed one: best practices, naming conventions, users and role-based access, data sharing, and data products published as listings with a contract, named owners and measured quality.
Data quality cockpit
Conformity by source and by zone, controls that block, alert or quarantine, rejected rows waiting for their owner's decision, and a monthly report that shows what was stopped.
FinOps cockpit
Credits by warehouse, use case and cost center, credits paid with no query running, the budget trajectory, showback or chargeback, and a journal that checks each change after it is made. Every chart names the Snowflake view it reads.
Where it is going: Optimize
Where it runs
The agents run on the engineer's machine, with your own Snowflake connection, on Snowflake's Cortex Code CLI. The migration accelerator runs as two containers or as a desktop application, on your own network. Its trial lasts 14 days.
